Privacy and cookies

No cookies, no analytics, no forms. Here is exactly what happens when you visit this site.

In two lines

This site is a shop window. It has no forms, no accounts, no payments and sets no cookies. If you simply browse it, you leave no personal data with us.

Booking happens entirely on Airbnb, which for that part is an independent data controller.

Data controller

Jolie - Casa Vacanze, Via Marco Martorelli 12, 67050 Massa d'Albe (AQ), Italy. CIN IT066054C2EAJ3F6WC. The contact channel is the Airbnb messaging on the listing.

Cookies and local storage

None. The site sets no cookies, technical or profiling, and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage, fingerprinting or pixels. That is why there is no consent banner: there would be nothing to consent to.

Visitor statistics

We use no Google Analytics or equivalent. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps technical server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type) for the security and operation of the service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site reachable and protected from abuse.

Third-party content

The map on the "Around" page uses CARTO tiles and OpenStreetMap data. It does not load by itself: it starts only after you press the button. From that moment your IP address is transmitted to those providers, who are independent controllers. If you do not press the button, no request leaves the page.

The typefaces are hosted on our own domain, precisely to avoid calls to external services. Images and stylesheets are served from here.

The buttons to Airbnb are ordinary links: until you click them, nothing reaches Airbnb. Once there, the notices of Airbnb Ireland UC apply.

The same goes for the link to our Facebook page and the one to Google Maps at the foot of the page: they are links and nothing more, drawn here on our own. There is no embedded widget, no Like button, no tracking pixel: neither Meta nor Google knows you were here until you choose to click.

Reviews and photographs

The reviews shown are posted by guests on the Airbnb listing and reproduced with first name only, identical to how it appears there: we do not shorten it, complete it or replace it. Anyone listed there with a single initial is not quoted. The count and the average remain those of the listing. If you wrote a review and do not want it here, message us on Airbnb and we will remove it.

The photographs show the property and the landscape. No identifiable people appear.

Data collected during your stay

On arrival Italian law requires us to register guests with the police through the Alloggiati Web portal, under article 109 of the TULPS. That is why we ask for valid ID for each person. The data goes only to the public security authority and is kept for the period the law prescribes. We use it for nothing else and share it with no one.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of data concerning you, and object to processing, under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Write to us through Airbnb messaging. If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation you may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS only with HSTS, enforces a Content-Security-Policy that forbids third-party scripts, cannot be framed by other sites and contains no forms. It is entirely static: there is no database to breach.
